Currency exchange rates generally change on daily a basis depending on the fluctuations in the market. AlMosaferVIP reserve the right to update room rates displayed on the website depending on any market fluctuations.
Any changes relating to currency exchange rate fluctuations will not affect the rates of an already confirmed booking. Likewise, once a booking has been booked and confirmed at the rates you have accepted, there is no refund for any difference in rates due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Individuals or institutions can buy several accounts with lower price than our published prices, according deal with AlMosaferVIP and resell them again to their customers or employees. All accounts opened by them will be valid and have similar rights as accounts of our valued customers. It also applies the same terms and conditions declared by AlMosaferVIP , there are no exceptions, the institution or the individual must commit that any of their buyers will follow the rules otherwise the account will closed immediately. Owner of the corporate account has full responsibility and all accounts will be opened through them.
AlMosaferVIP may terminate any deal or account upon any violation.
Not all of the hotel rates are displayed on the AlMosaferVIP website are applicable for the local market where these hotels exist. In addition, some other markets may be affected and in such cases the hotel is within their rights to change the rates without prior notice.
You agree that passenger nationality declaration is mandatory and must be determined by selecting Client Nationality at the time of booking.
This information must be in accordance with the passenger passport. False declaration of passenger nationality may cause consequences for which we cannot be held liable. If you do not change Client Nationality, Agency Nationality will be taken as passenger nationality by default. In case, any financial damage occurs due to false nationality declaration, it will be covered by the agency towards your customers or to us in full.
Hotel star ratings aim to give a general overview of the quality of the hotel and approximate level of facilities, services and amenities available. However, this rating system does vary from country to country. For example, a 5* Bangkok hotel will not be the same as a 5* London hotel. AlMosaferVIP are not responsible for the hotel categories and star ratings as these have been provided to us and accepted in good faith.
Photographs and Maps are provided for information purposes only. While AlMosaferVIP strives to present hotel and map information as accurately as possible, we do not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of this information or for any errors and/or omissions. We suggest that you view the hotel website or contact the hotel directly to obtain the most recent photographs, complete information and location directions.
The customer has to pay the subscription value for his account through the available payment methods. These amounts are non-refundable and cannot be recovered from the company once the account is created, as each customer has his own account and it cannot be shared or replaced with another customer account.
The cancellation policies of each reservation made with AlMosaferVIP will be available on the website prior to confirming the booking and these policies are 100% accepted by the client when confirming them. All requests to modify and/or exonerate already confirmed reservations are not guaranteed.
During special event periods, certain dates, and early-bird type bookings, the hotel may apply a different cancellation policy, which will be communicated to you as soon as AlMosaferVIP is notified.
Any booking offering free nights or early booking savings may have restrictions. Generally, these include: No name changes, and no extension or reduction of nights. If you have booked a stay including a free night and your client cancels, the free night will not be refunded.
Any reservation, service, or last-minute product is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of any published or unpublished cancellation policy.
Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
The customer making the reservation agrees to these terms when using this site or any affiliate platform providing services. The site requires acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices in effect at the time of reservation. Using the site constitutes agreement to be bound by this Agreement.

Any complaint which cannot be resolved at the hotel must be notified to us by email with the subject message 'Complaint'. All complaints must be notified to us within 15 days of the check-out date.
A copy of the complaint must be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager. Complaints relating to hotel services will be forwarded by AlMosaferVIP to the relevant party.
The Provider shall use its reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure the data provided in the System is accurate and updated. However, the information provided in the System has been sourced in good faith.
The Provider cannot guarantee that it is completely free of mistakes or omissions. We obtain as accurate information available from the service providers.
For any technical error of the Provider, the provider will inform the client’s customer service center in the best terms and conditions to solve the problem.
AlMosaferVIP has no control over any extra charges that a hotel may decide to implement for guest room incidentals such as air conditioning, safe, mini fridge, hire of television remote etc. Such charges must be paid directly to the hotel and AlMosaferVIP cannot be held responsible for any incidental charges passed on by the hotel.
Likewise, AlMosaferVIP has no control over any fees that a hotel may pass on for luggage storage, sauna, spa, swimming pool use and car parking fees, etc.
During the festive season, especially Christmas and New Year, some hotels impose a compulsory gala dinner. Guests must pay any supplement for the gala dinner. Our company is not always informed about gala dinner supplements, and AlMosaferVIP cannot be held responsible for any gala supplements passed on by the hotel.
The failure of the website to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver will be effective only if in writing and signed by AlMosaferVIP.
These terms and conditions are subject to and apply to the settlement of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or related to these User Conditions or any violation thereof, termination, implementation, interpretation, validity, or use of the site or service, under the laws and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia and shall be interpreted accordingly.
This applies after the customer first submits his complaint to the service supplier (the company) and attempts to resolve it, or resorts to the competent authorities to decide the complaint.
